Notice to Residents & Visitors – Visitor Parking Enforcement

Each permit is valid for 24 hours. Each unit is permitted up to 8 visitor parking visits per month.

Any vehicles found without a valid parking permit (including incorrect vehicle information such as a license plate) will receive a parking violation ticket issued by the City of Mississauga. Any vehicle that receive more than 2 parking violations in a calendar year will be towed on the third violation at the owner’s expense.

Building residents are not permitted to use the on-grade visitor parking for extended periods of time, i.e. no longer than 40 minutes.

Large vehicles (e.g., commercial trucks, trailers, oversized vans) are not permitted in visitor parking.
