Each building we manage is assigned a primary Property Manager, who is charged with overseeing the day to day operations. Regularly scheduled site visits ensure a personal, hands-on approach. Weekly meetings are held with the team to ensure all members are current with any relevant changes to sites.

We foster a team approach philosophy to ensure our customers’ needs are important to each and every member of our organization. Our in-house fully automated tracking system allows for review of all issues, and are available for the entire team to review for future reference, ensuring that each team member is equipped with current, real-time information.

Our senior management team regularly reviews these events, ensuring protocols are adhered to, and offer insights to finding new and innovative ways in developing great working relationships.

All after-hours calls, as well as emergency calls during regular business hours if our reception staff is not available, are triaged through a dedicated call centre. Each call is monitored for accuracy, and are constantly being refined to account for building specific requirements, as well as general best practices.
