IMPORTANT NOTE

The leaves have all come down now and it is time to get ready for winter.

Over the next few weeks please make sure you add the following items on your “Must Do” List:

1) To avoid water damage from frozen pipes, please Drain and Shut Off the exterior faucets. You have three (3) faucets to take care of:

· One on the roof

· One in the back of your unit at the ground level

· One in the garage

2) You should also make sure you clean your roof drains and that they are not obstructed. Each unit has two roof drains.

· One on the main roof

· One on the roof of the “penthouse”
