To all owners:
Metro Asphalt have been awarded the contract to replace the wooden retaining wall at the entrance on East Street, as well as to replace driveways which have been identified needing replacement this year.
Management will be reaching out to those owners directly whose driveways will be replaced shortly, and will be provided with on-street parking permits.
